The Dancing Squid Dish

I think this is AWFUL! I'm not sure what they are thinking when they look at it, for me, it's gross.... I would stop eating a squid for the rest of my life. Yes, Japanese are weird, aren't they?

This dish served in Japan includes an entire squid served raw, where soy sauce applied to the squid creates a reaction in the nervous system due to the sodium content of the soy sauce that makes it appear the squid is ‘dancing’.

Cozy Cozy Cozy!

i'm obsessed to make these crochet cozy at the moment. You can warm and protect your wrist, your lunch apple and of course takeaway coffee. Would you believe that we have a very cold sunny day(it may be a shower or two) today. The highest temperature will be 15c! Hurrah! Love it!
