The new ReadingMate that can be bent.

I put a wire in the body of ReadingMate (a felted book mark), that would make its body bent and you can have more fun with it as a reading mate!

As you see  a half bottom of the body can be in the book where you stop reading then a half top body can lift and the cute felted eye balls looking at you saying "Come back and ready the book whenever you want to" encouraging you to keep reading.

It can be bent any direction.

Eyeballs for ReadingMate.

I use a pair of the pink rubber gloves to make eyeballs.

and also an ice cube maker is good for organizing them.

Very productive day.

I don't know about you but I love doing a few projects at a time. I get easily bored if I have to do only one thing to get done for long time. My productivity definitely increases if I enjoy myself that leads doing a few projects for a day. Doing a little of each project sometimes will give you a surprising reward because suddenly a few projects will be finished at a time. Hurray! Well, today is not that kind of amazing day but at least I've finished a quite few ReadingMate. Lovely.

Finished attaching white balls on 23 ReadingMates

Yes, I have stiff shoulders now. Making felted balls itself is hard work. then sawing them onto the body of ReadingMate(felted bookmark). I make the pupils tomorrow.

ReadingMates are ready to sell

Don't you love the bright colours? Some will go to the shop, some will be delivered to a customer and some will be stand-by to be purchased.

A little by little, My readingMates will be ready to go on the shop. Now I finished putting tags on.

My "Crocodile"

This is one of my favourite gadgets "Croc-A-Dile" which sets eyelets beautifully. I assume the most of people use it for the scrapbooking. I rather call it "Crocodile" because this is called "Big bite" version which can reach even 6 inch inside.

I love my "crocodile". My ReadingMate wouldn't be a proper a book mark without it. So, I decided to make eyelets done before bloody eyeballs making.

New Product "ReadingMate"
